These Terms and Conditions govern the use of iBaths.ca (the “Site”). This website is owned and operated by TerraRoca Ltd. This site is a bathroom renovation business.

By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

Intellectual Property

All content published and made available on our Site is the property of iBaths Operated by TerraRoca Ltd. This includes but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that makes up our Site.

Website Use

You agree to use ibaths.ca for lawful purposes only. And you will not:

Violate the intellectual property rights of the Site owners or any third party to the Site
Hack into the account of another user of the Site
Post any material that may be deemed inappropriate
Transmit computer viruses, or in any way try to affect the operation of this Site or any third party to the Site

We reserve the right to restrict access to our Site to anyone who violates these Terms and Conditions.

Our Service

iBaths provides bathroom renovation services in Alberta and is operated by TerraRoca Ltd. The information on our website, including prices, photos and service descriptions are intended for informational purposes and does not establish a binding offer or contract. Each individual project is different and final scope, pricing and timelines are determined through assessment, estimate and written contract.

Cost Estimates

iBaths provides estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment of space and layout of existing bathroom. Costs may vary if project conditions change, additional work is discovered – such as modifications required due to existing layout of plumbing, electrical and structural framing – or if you request changes to the work outlined in the original contract. Also, the final cost is subject to GST.

Permits

Most bathroom renovations do not require a city/town permit and inspection. However, in order to simplify the renovation experience, we take care of the permit process of your project if it requires structural, plumbing or electrical upgrades and ensure the work meets building code requirements.

Project Contracts

All renovation work is governed by a separate, written contract between you and iBaths. That contract, and not this website, defines the specific scope, final cost, payment schedule, warranties and responsibilities for your project. These website Terms of Service do not override or replace any written project contract.
